Can anyone sign up and how does the subscription work?
All sessions and material is specially designed for women in their pregnancy or postnatal period.
The PRE - & POSTNATAL Subscription is for women who want to maintain their fitness in pregnancy and ease back in to exercise after birth. You pay monthly for access to 3x 30 minute on demand sessions a week with your trainer along with all extra material - Info & Exercise pack - accessible in your member area.
BESPOKE plans are both available to women during pregnancy or women in their postnatal period.
I am 20 weeks pregnant, is it too late to sign up for BESPOKE training?
As long as you have had the all clear from your midwife to exercise during pregnancy then no, not too late. I take in to consideration the changes that take place in each trimester and we go at your speed. Exercise during pregnancy is recommended in each trimester as long as there are no complications present.
I have just had a baby, when can I sign up for the POSTNATAL subscription
I recommend you to wait until you have had your 6 week check up and the all clear from your midwife before you sign up for any kind of exercise. In the meantime I highly recommend the Info + Exercises pack which you can find here.
You will be able to access all sessions on the website, under CLASSES. The sessions will be uploaded on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 07am. You can also access all previous sessions as long as you are a subscriber so you can train in your own time!
